Toyota

With the barrage of their zero loving commercials, I'm expecting Toyota to emerge from the recession in sound financial position. They are the only automaker currently offering such a financing deal which shows a sign of capital strength and taking into account their quality gas millage vehicles, I think things could look real bright for Toyota.

The public public storage companies

The four public self-storage real estate companies are Public Storage, Inc., Shurgard Storage Centers, Inc., Sovran Self Storage, Inc. and Storage USA, Inc.

I'll update later with their stock prices at the time of the original post and try to figure out some measuring stick to see if my prediction comes true.

The election

With an Obama victory quite probable, especially that of a blowout, the right will be looking for a way to justify this. They will not claim it is democracy but voter fraud. Be on the lookout for a video produced that gives the preception of voter fraud commited by urban minorities. It will consume all of the rights post election analysis.

Public Storage Companies

Any publicly traded storage company is gonna get killed in this recession. There is no way people are gonna pay just for space outside of their primary residence.
